Posts concreted to 600mm. Standard for Melbourne clay. Deeper on slopes.
Pedestrian + double gates. Hinged the way they should swing, drop-bolts, latch hardware that doesn't rust.
Demo + tip run. Old fence out and tipped. Included in the quote.
