Division 04 · Landscaping

Turf, retaining walls & the finishing work.

Turf, paving, retaining walls, garden beds, drainage. The trade that ties the rest of the job together. And the one that turns a build site into a back yard.

What we cover

The yards we land most often.

Most of our landscape work comes in two flavours. Finishing the back yard after a new build, or rescuing a tired one. Either way we run the cut, the sub-grade, the walls and the lawn under one crew.

  • Turf laying. Sir Walter, Kikuyu, Couch. Top-soiled, levelled, rolled. Steel edging where you want it.
  • Retaining walls. Versa-Lok, timber sleeper, concrete sleeper, sandstone block. Up to 1m without engineering.
  • Paving. Bluestone, concrete pavers, exposed agg pavers. Sand and cement bed. Cut clean to the line.
  • Garden beds + edging. Set-out, soil prep, mulch. Steel or timber edging. Plants if you've sorted them.
  • Drainage. Aggie line, surface drains, soak wells. The thing that stops the new lawn dying in winter.

How we work

Four steps. The yard's ready when we leave.

01

Photos + sketch

A few phone snaps and a rough plan or measurements is enough to quote most yards.

02

Written quote

Turf m², wall metres, pavers, plants. Itemised. Tip fees and delivery included.

03

Prep & build

Cut, sub-base, drainage, walls, paving. Each layer signed off before the next one goes on.

04

Lawn + finish

Turf rolled out, edged, watered-in. Site swept and the bin gone before we leave.

When it stacks

Landscaping is the last trade. Best to plan it first.

If you're doing concrete or earthworks first, lock in the landscape brief now. It saves rework later.

Landscaping quote

Send your sketch. We'll come back with a number.

Hand-drawn plan, photos, even just a rough description. That's enough to quote.
