Turf laying. Sir Walter, Kikuyu, Couch.

Most lawns die because the sub-grade was wrong. We cut, top-soil and roll properly before the rolls land. So the lawn takes and stays.

What's included

Sub-grade up. Not just the green carpet on top.

Anyone can drop turf on dirt. The reason ours takes is the bit underneath. Old grass scraped, top-soil graded, fall to drainage, rolled flat.

  • Old lawn out, weeds killed. Spray cycle if there's couch or kikuyu under it that wants to come back.
  • 50–100mm of fresh top-soil. Spread, levelled, raked. Fall set away from the house.
  • Choice of varieties. Sir Walter buffalo, Eureka Kikuyu, TifTuf couch, Palmetto. We'll suggest based on shade and traffic.
  • Roll, water-in, edge. Cut clean to paths and beds. Steel or timber edging on request.
  • 14-day care guide. Plain-English watering schedule so it doesn't dry out in the first fortnight.
