Landscaping · Drainage

Yard drainage. Aggie line, surface, soak wells.

If the yard pools in winter, no lawn or garden is going to save it. We solve the water problem first, then the cosmetics.

What's included

Water has to go somewhere. We give it somewhere to go.

Most "wet yard" problems come down to one of three things. Fall is wrong, soil's clay, or there's no outlet. We fix all three.

  • Aggie line (slotted PVC). Trenched, geo-fabric wrapped, gravel-bedded. Diverts ground water to a sensible outlet.
  • Surface channel + grates. Stainless or galvanised. Across driveways, in front of garages, along boundaries.
  • Soak wells & pits. For sites with no street outlet. Sized to actually fit the catchment.
  • Re-grade. Sometimes the answer is just shifting soil. We'll tell you when that's all it needs.
  • Connection to legal point of discharge. Where required. To stormwater, not the neighbour.
