Concrete · Slabs

Shed, garage & house slabs.

From a 3×3 AC pad to a full owner-builder house slab. Cut, prep, form, pour. Same crew across the whole sequence.

What's included

Cut, form, pour. Without the contractor swap.

Slabs need earthworks first. Splitting it across two contractors creates a hand-off no-one owns. We own the whole thing.

  • Set-out + earthworks. Cut to level, compacted sub-base, strings up, levels confirmed.
  • Formwork + mesh. SL72 or SL82 mesh on bar chairs, formwork to spec, vapour barrier where needed.
  • Pour. 25 or 32 MPa. Pumped if access is tight. Float, broom or trowel finish.
  • Saw-cuts + edges. Cut 24h after the pour. Edge details to match what's coming next.
  • Engineer plans honoured. If you've got a structural drawing, we build to it.

04

Cure + saw-cut

Send the plan or the dimensions.

Engineer plans, sketch, or rough size. That's enough.
