Earthworks · Trenching

Trenching. Plumbing, electrical, stormwater.

Clean, square trenches at the right depth for whatever's going in them. Backfill, sand bed and a level reinstatement included.

What's included

Right depth, square sides, backfilled tidy.

Trenching's only easy if you've got the right machine and the right depth. We do both. And we put the trench back when we're done.

  • Plumbing trenches. 450–600mm depth, sand bed, marker tape, backfill.
  • Electrical / data trenches. 600mm depth, sand surround, conduit warning tape, backfill.
  • Stormwater trenches. Graded fall, aggie line or solid PVC, free-draining backfill.
  • Tight-access machines. 1.7t excavator gets through 1m side gates.
  • Reinstatement. Turf put back where lifted, surface left tidy.

How we work

Four steps. In, line laid, back to level.

01

Run + depth

Tell us metres, what's going in, and side-gate width.

02

Dial Before You Dig

We lodge the DBYD before any digger touches dirt.

03

Dig + bed

Trench cut clean, sand bed in. Plumber/sparky lays the line.

04

Backfill + reinstate

Marker tape, backfill, surface returned to level. Turf back if it was lifted.
